Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. If your goods have a major failure or are found to be not of acceptable quality then you are entitled to a refund or a replacement (as the case may be) provided that you notify Floorworld of the faulty or damaged product within the warranty period and within a reasonable period from when you were aware of the damage.

Please note that damage caused by you (not due to a defect in the product) cannot be compensated by Floorworld. We recommend you carefully follow the cleaning and general care guidelines provided by Floorworld when you purchase the goods. If you have stained or damaged the product you should contact the Floorworld store directly.



You must contact or attend the Floorworld store where you purchased your goods and a Floorworld staff member will assist you with any return or repair request. In order to process this request please provide your invoice to the store of purchase with a written description of the defect (with photos if possible). The store will then respond, but please note it may require access to your premises to inspect the alleged defect or failure before taking further action. Processing of the claim can only occur once appropriate access is provided and inspection of the purchased product.

The store may arrange for on-site repair, or the goods may be sent off-site for repair, or the store may provide you with a replacement or refund as they consider appropriate.

Any costs or expenses incurred in returning the goods to us in order to process a refund or exchange shall be borne by the customer.

Please note that refunds will not be provided where you have damaged the goods, where you have simply changed your mind, where you have made an error in your own selection or found the same or similar goods elsewhere for a lower price or on different terms (such as a longer warranty).
