Grand Oak Burnt is dark, rich and soulful. Rich in stories and history, its appeal is its dark brown and slightly maroon antique tones. This classic colour contracts well against light coloured furniture and walls in your home. Burnt Oak is hand scraped and has a beautiful 20% high gloss finish. This enhances the rich oak colours, depth, natural dark timber characters two fold, and also provides maximum durability for long lasting use in any floor setting.
The authentic look and feel of the wood is further enhanced by brushing the surface, in order to accentuate its natural grain structure. This is all done by our hand-crafting artists who use age-old hand tools on every individual board.
Grand Oak consists of two timber layers, a hardy hand scraped European Oak timber top and a stabilizing multiple core timber base. All our oak floors are pre-finished with a tongue and groove on the ends and sides for easy installation.
